ABOUT

Oasis Care is an independent Domiciliary Care Agency which has been established to respond to the homecare needs of 18 to 65 years and above, who because of increasing age or disability find it difficult to cope with domestic responsibilities and their own personal care needs on a 24-hour basis in the comfort of their own homes. 

OUR AIMS & OBJECTIVES 

It is the aim of Oasis Care to deliver a service of personal care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of dependent clients by promoting a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care Practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment.  

Each service user is an individual with individual needs, wants and desires. This individuality will be recognised and respected to ensure promotion and maintenance of the service user’s dignity and self-worth.

STATEMENT OF GOOD PRACTICE

The philosophy of Oasis care is to reflect and promote values that focus upon the individual service user as being at the centre of Care Service planning and Service delivery.  

OUR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We define “quality” as delivering a service of care appropriate to each Individual service user’s needs. We have a comprehensive Self-Assessment System which requires all of our Policies and work practices to be audited at least annually to ensure that we maintain the standards we have set ourselves.

Complex

We provide complex care looking after people who need care and support with long term and intensive needs. We work closely with other agencies and families to provide the highest quality of care and support.

Rehabilitation Care

Our staff are trained to help you with those tasks that you cannot do when you are still tender from hospital. This will give you a chance to heal, rehabilitate and recuperate with no strain. Relief Staff providing care to enable a much-needed break for personal or family carer. Caring for a family member or close friend can take its toll and put a strain on your life and relationships. Enjoy a much-needed break with our worry-free care.

We are able to facilitate and promote different types of replacement care in the following ways;

Using Day centres
Promoting care at home
Arranging holidays or short breaks
Facilitating carers' emergency replacement care.
Sleeping Nights
Providing companionship with minimum staff disturbance.
Waking Nights
Providing reassurance throughout the night
Live-in Care
Providing 24-hour live-in companionship


FUNDING YOUR CA​RE  

There are a number of ways of paying for your care and we work with our service users to find the best options that suit individual circumstances and personal finances.    
  • Day-time Visits (07.00 am to 22.00 pm)
  • Night-time Visits (22.00 pm to 07.00am)
  • Visits of one hour (60 minute) duration - £15.00
  • Visits of half hour (30 minute) duration - £11.00
  • Sleep-in Service - £104.00 per 8-hour shift
  • Stay-awake Service - £128.00 per 8-hour shift
  • Each visit will be subject to £0.35 an additional mileage per mile
  • Bank Holidays and public holidays, including Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, will be charged at double the rates quoted above.
  • Our fees are payable every two weeks by direct debit or bank transfer
